James Graham Online is a personal website and private productivity dashboard operated by James Graham. This policy explains how the site handles information, including information accessed through Google APIs.

How Information Is Used

Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties. The site uses Google user data only for the user-facing features described in this policy.

Google API Data

James Graham Online uses Google APIs only after an authorized user grants access through Google's OAuth consent flow. Access may include Google Sign-In, read-only Google Sheets access, selected Google Calendar access, and Gmail read access for reply detection where enabled.

The site's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Google's Limited Use requirements.

Storage And Retention

Data may be stored on the site's private server for the period needed to operate the relevant dashboard or automation. Access tokens are stored server-side and are not exposed in public pages. Data can be deleted when it is no longer needed or when deletion is requested by an authorized account holder.

Access And Sharing

Access is limited to authorized accounts and technical operators needed to maintain the site. Data may be shared only when required to operate the site, comply with law, protect security, or fulfill a user-directed workflow.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, access controls, private server storage, and limited account authorization to protect user data. No system can guarantee absolute security, but access is intentionally limited to the minimum practical set of users and services.
